At BTY Fitness in Rio Vista, CA, our Speed and Agility program helps young athletes improve speed, coordination, and overall athletic performance. Whether your child is new to sports or already competing, our structured sessions focus on building real skills that carry over into game performance.
These weekend classes are designed for junior high and high school athletes in the Rio Vista community. Through sprint work, footwork drills, and reaction-based training, athletes develop quickness, balance, and control in a supportive environment. With access to quality equipment and optional outdoor waterfront training, sessions stay engaging and dynamic.
