Our Mission
Be Better Than Yesterday
At BTY Fitness, our mission is simple: help every member improve, stay consistent, and build a healthier lifestyle one day at a time. We focus on progress over perfection and creating an environment where showing up matters.
From student athletes to working parents and retirees, BTY Fitness is built for every generation in Rio Vista. Whether you're training for sports, building strength, or staying active as you age, you’ll find a place here.

About Us
Jeremy and Mariah created BTY Fitness for the community they call home. Jeremy brings a background in military service, law enforcement and fitness. Mariah grew up in Rio Vista, where they are raising their family.
Their goal is simple: a welcoming local gym where beginners can get started, athletes can keep improving and seniors can stay active. With strength equipment, cardio, functional training and youth speed and agility, BTY helps every generation work toward being Better Than Yesterday.
